Refund and Returns Policy

  1. Returns
    Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are not accepted once an order has been delivered. However, in cases where products are damaged or compromised during delivery, please notify us immediately to resolve the issue.
  2. Refunds
    Refunds will be offered under the following conditions:

    • Damaged Goods: If the product is damaged during delivery, you may request a refund by providing photos as evidence.
    • Incorrect Items: If you receive the wrong product or the order does not match what you placed, you are entitled to a refund or replacement.
    • Spoiled/Expired Products: If the product is spoiled or expired at the time of delivery, please contact us immediately with proof (photos).

    To request a refund:

    • Notify us within 24 hours of receiving your delivery.
    • Provide a clear description and photo evidence of the issue.
    • We will process refunds within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
  3. Exchanges
    We currently do not offer exchanges for products due to the nature of our items. In cases of incorrect or damaged goods, we may offer a replacement where appropriate.

  4. Cancellations
    You may cancel your order before it has been shipped. Once your order is dispatched for delivery, cancellation is no longer possible.

  5. Delivery Issues
    São Salvador Alimentos is not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as weather, shipping provider issues, or customer unavailability. However, if your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery date, please contact us, and we will work with the delivery provider to resolve the issue.
